I don't think I've ever seen anyone be so happy about their birthday. All day long Jake kept saying, "Favorite Birthday." When he woke up he was greeted by Cameron who gave him some Mickey Mouse big boy undies! What a treat!
We then headed out with Tara to go to Discovery Gateway.
It was a lot of fun despite the hoards of daycare groups.
After lunch at Costa Vida (Jake had lots of rice), we made a quick stop at The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
Which tuckered him out.
When we got home he helped me decorate a lovely cake while the other boys slept.
And after dinner he got to blow out his candles...over and over and over "a-jen."
When it was time for bed, he had a great surprise waiting for him upstairs. The car bed!
What a wonderful day! Happy Birthday to my big 2 year old!
